As I told you earlier, I'm having a "detox" week which ended yesterday. It is a pretty simple treatment I think anyone can do! If you're curious, here's what to do:
Drink 1 Liter of cloudy apple juice for 5 days, one liter each day. You can just continue eating like you always do. At day 6 you'll start with a breakfast of non fat yoghurt & fruit. For lunch you can have some vegetables with rice. From 2 pm, you'll stay sober. You can have tea or water as much as you like.
At 4 pm you'll make a drink of 400 ml of water, the juice of one lemon & 60 grams of Epsom
salts (in Dutch: Bitterzout of Engelszout) and you put it in the fridge. Drink 100 ml at 6 pm & then at 8 pm. After each drink you'll take a glass of water. At 10 pm, make a drink out of 100 ml of olive oil & the juice of one grapefruit and drink up! Lay down for 20 minutes with a hot water bottle for your belly & then go to sleep.
In the morning, at 7 am you'll take 100 ml of the first drink & again at 8 am. Now you're done and at 10 am you can start eating (fruits etc). This treatment is especially good for cleaning your gall bladder. My advice is to stay home when you're at the end of the detox treatment, you can get a little sick. But this is only for one day so personally I could live with that. Off course this is just one of many ways to detox your body but this was the first one for me so I wanted to let you know how I did it! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
